We offer a variety of elective and emergency appointments at The Candover and The Hampshire Clinic.
What services do we offer?
Well Woman Check-up
Having regular health check-ups is an important part of a woman's life and key to maintaining optimum health. These can be performed annually or as part of a disease prevention strategy.
Laparoscopic ( Keyhole) Surgery
Laparoscopy is a type of surgical procedure that allows a surgeon to access the inside of the abdomen (tummy) and pelvis through small incisions in the skin. It can be used for the management of endometriosis, ovarian cysts, fibroids, pain and more.
Mini (Low-impact) Laparoscopy
Low Impact Laparoscopy allows your surgeon to perform your surgery under low pressure through ultra-small openings to reduce post-surgical pain, reduce the impact of surgery on your body, and get you back on the move more quickly than ever.
Hysterectomy
A hysterectomy is the surgical procedure to remove the uterus (womb). It is carried out to treat a variety of conditions.
Hysteroscopy
A hysteroscopy is the procedure used to examine the inside of the womb (uterus).
Myomectomy
A myomectomy is an operation to remove fibroids from the womb. Sometimes it is an alternative to a hysterectomy.
Endometrial ablation
Endometrial ablation is a procedure that surgically destroys (ablates) the lining of the womb (endometrium). This leads to a reduction and sometimes cessation of periods.
Cystoscopy
A cystoscopy uses a fine scope to look inside the bladder. It is useful in diagnosing a variety of urological conditions.
